Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use PicDo AI to generate, edit, upload, request, or distribute any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or sexually exploitative image or video content. This prohibition applies to real, fictional, illustrated, animated, and AI-generated people or characters.

Sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualized depictions, or attempts to make a person appear younger.

You may not use PicDo AI to create or facilitate:

• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation;
• face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, or abusive impersonation;
• fraud, harassment, threats, targeted harm, or illegal activity;
• content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, data-protection, or other third-party rights;
• materially deceptive product, property, event, identity, or public interest imagery; or
• attempts to bypass safety checks, security controls, rate limits, or provider restrictions.

Every user-supplied prompt that would be sent to an AI image-generation model is screened by the CREEM Content Moderation API before the task is queued, charged, or sent to the model.

PicDo AI blocks prompts with a flagged or denied decision. If the moderation service is unavailable, generation is temporarily blocked rather than allowed without screening. Do not try to disguise prohibited requests or evade moderation.

PicDo AI may reject content, stop a task, restrict or terminate access, preserve evidence required by law, and cooperate with service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary. A moderation decision does not replace your responsibility to comply with this policy.
