These are the checks PicDo AI runs against your image. Pass all of them before you upload.

Background
Pure white RGB(255,255,255)
±3 RGB deviation allowed. Off-white or colored backgrounds are the #1 rejection cause.
Minimum size
800 × 800 px
Recommended: 1600 × 1600 px. Larger is better for quality.
Aspect ratio
1:1 square
Non-square images are auto-cropped by Temu, often cutting off product edges.
File format
JPG or PNG only
WebP, GIF, and other formats are not accepted.
File size
≤ 5 MB
Keep under 3 MB for reliable uploads. Large files fail during upload.
Product coverage
≥ 85% of frame
Product must dominate the image. Too much empty space triggers rejection.
AI images
Banned
AI-generated images are prohibited on Temu since 2025. Use real photographs only.
Text & watermarks
Not allowed
No text overlays, watermarks, price tags, or promotional labels on product images.
