1. Agreement
These Terms of Use apply when you access picdo.ai or use a PicDo AI image tool. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PicDo.
2. Free beta service
PicDo currently provides free, no-account tools for background removal, 2× image enhancement, and text-to-image generation. The live beta has a shared allowance of up to three completed AI tasks per IP address per UTC day, together with separate upload and abuse limits.
There are no paid plans, subscriptions, credits for sale, or payment checkout today. Current limits and features may change while the service is tested. See the Pricing page for the current product offer.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and supervise your use.
4. Your content and permission
You retain any rights you have in the images and prompts you submit. You give PicDo and its service provider, Cloudflare, a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the requested service.
You represent that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and legal authority needed to submit and process it. This includes rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, personal data, and images of other people.
5. AI outputs
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, visually distorted, biased, or similar to output created for another user. PicDo does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, suitability, non-infringement, or that an output can receive copyright or other legal protection.
Review every output before publishing or relying on it. Do not use an output as evidence of a real event, person, product condition, property feature, or professional conclusion unless you have independently verified it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use PicDo to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits a child;
- create non-consensual intimate imagery, abusive impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fraud, harassment, threats, or targeted harm;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights;
- upload malware, attack the service, automate excessive requests, evade Turnstile, bypass limits, or interfere with other users;
- misrepresent an edited or generated image in a way that could materially deceive a buyer, tenant, client, or the public; or
- test the service with highly sensitive, regulated, confidential, or safety-critical information.
7. Commercial and professional use
You are responsible for checking whether your inputs and outputs may be used commercially. PicDo does not provide a license to third-party material that may appear in an input or output.
Ecommerce, social media, and real-estate pages describe possible workflows, not professional, advertising, platform-policy, or legal advice. You must disclose material edits when required and verify that listings, claims, dimensions, colors, property details, and product features remain accurate.
8. Availability and changes
PicDo may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any beta feature, model, output format, allowance, or route. Processing can fail, results can expire, and the service may be unavailable. Download any result you want to keep. PicDo does not promise permanent storage or uninterrupted availability.
9. Enforcement
PicDo may reject an upload or prompt, block a request, restrict access, preserve evidence required by law, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or address legal and safety risks.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, PicDo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, quality, or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PicDo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or the cost of replacement services arising from use of the beta.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Because PicDo currently charges no fee, any aggregate liability that can legally be limited will not exceed the amount you paid PicDo for the service during the 12 months before the claim, which is currently zero.
12. Applicable law
This beta version does not yet specify an operator entity, business address, governing-law forum, arbitration clause, or class-action waiver. Mandatory rights and laws in your location may apply. These details must be completed before PicDo launches paid plans.
13. Changes to these terms
PicDo may update these terms as the service changes. The new date will appear at the top of this page. Continuing to use PicDo after an update means the updated terms apply to later use, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Contact status
PicDo does not currently publish a dedicated legal mailbox, and the picdo.ai domain is not configured to receive email. A private contact channel, operator identity, and business address must be added before accounts or paid plans launch.
