Terms of Use

PicDo AI provides image editing and generation tools. Free use has a shared allowance of up to three completed AI tasks per IP address per UTC day, together with separate upload and abuse limits.

Account holders may purchase monthly credit subscriptions shown on the Pricing page. Current limits, features, prices, and included credits may change for future billing periods. Changes do not reduce credits already purchased.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms and supervise your use.

You retain any rights you have in the images and prompts you submit. You give PicDo AI and its service provider, Cloudflare, a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the requested service.

You represent that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and legal authority needed to submit and process it. This includes rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, personal data, and images of other people.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, visually distorted, biased, or similar to output created for another user. PicDo AI does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, suitability, non-infringement, or that an output can receive copyright or other legal protection.

Review every output before publishing or relying on it. Do not use an output as evidence of a real event, person, product condition, property feature, or professional conclusion unless you have independently verified it.

You may not use PicDo AI to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• generate, edit, upload, request, or distribute any NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative image or video content;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits a child;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery, abusive impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fraud, harassment, threats, or targeted harm;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or data protection rights;
• upload malware, attack the service, automate excessive requests, evade Turnstile, bypass limits, or interfere with other users;
• misrepresent an edited or generated image in a way that could materially deceive a buyer, tenant, client, or the public; or
• test the service with highly sensitive, regulated, confidential, or safety-critical information.

These restrictions apply even if the content is legal where you live. Every user-supplied prompt sent to an image-generation model is screened before generation. PicDo AI blocks prompts that CREEM marks as flagged or denied and blocks generation when safety screening is unavailable. You are responsible for checking whether your inputs and outputs may be used commercially. PicDo AI does not provide a license to third-party material that may appear in an input or output.

Ecommerce, social media, and real-estate pages describe possible workflows, not professional, advertising, platform-policy, or legal advice. You must disclose material edits when required and verify that listings, claims, dimensions, colors, property details, and product features remain accurate.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The checkout page displays the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, and payment terms before purchase. Payments and payment credentials are processed by Creem; PicDo AI does not store complete payment-card details.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed charge. You may request a refund within seven days after purchase only if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Contact support@picdo.ai. Approved refunds or payment disputes may reverse unused credits associated with that transaction.

Prices may include or be increased by applicable taxes, as shown at checkout. Payment receipts are provided by the payment processor; PicDo AI does not separately issue tax invoices.

PicDo AI may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any beta feature, model, output format, allowance, or route. Processing can fail, results can expire, and the service may be unavailable. Download any result you want to keep. PicDo AI does not promise permanent storage or uninterrupted availability.

PicDo AI may reject an upload or prompt, block a request, restrict access, preserve evidence required by law, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or address legal and safety risks.

To the extent permitted by law, PicDo AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, quality, or availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PicDo AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or the cost of replacement services arising from use of the beta.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any aggregate liability that can legally be limited will not exceed the amount you paid PicDo AI for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

PicDo AI is operated in California, United States, by an independent individual operator trading as PicDo AI. The operator's legal identity and private address are provided to payment processors and public authorities where required, but are not published on this website for personal safety and privacy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply where they cannot be waived.

PicDo AI may update these terms as the service changes. The new date will appear at the top of this page. Continuing to use PicDo AI after an update means the updated terms apply to later use, to the extent permitted by law.
